One hundred and twenty hectares of vineyards spread over dozens of hills, a true “sea” of vines, each of which has a particular type of soil, exposure and altitude. In this “sea” Stefano Caruso, Giuseppe Clementi and Fernando Paternò have “sailed” in search of the perfect combination of grape-vine, land and climate
That’s how they have discovered the four “islands” to which they have given precise names to: Cutaja, Sachia, Isula and Timpune. Four places chosen for the perfect combination that asures an original and exciting character.
Grapes are decisive, but essential is the place where they grow since it is unique and unrepeatable. We have selected the best rows of vines and the finest grapes. It’s not easy to choose among the different mixes of soil, vine and grape which can express the soil and the strength of the vineyard at its own best. We certainly value what tradition has taught us without giving up modern solutions while searching for the “perfect mix”
