The grapes are vinified in stainless steel for 12 days with skin contact at a temperature of 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks.Can easily climb the Food Pyramid having a preference for vegetables, legumes and white meat. Not to be missed with “Arancine” or “Caponata”. Perfect for pizza.
TASARI SYARH ROSATO TERRE SICILIANE IGPCherry-colored with an intense fruity bouquet that comes from our best Syrah. Notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. In one’s mouth the wine is fresh with a good acidity and balanced tannins. It’s certainly not a wine for undecided palates.Vinification in white with maceration of the skin for 12 hours, the grapes are later soft pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20° for 15 days.If served fresh it’s the perfect companion for light salad-based lunches, and the most demanding grilled dinners.
