Vinification in white with maceration of the skin for 12 hours, the grapes are later soft pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20° for 15 days.
3 months in stainless steel.
Cherry-colored with an intense fruity bouquet that comes from our best Syrah. Notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. In one’s mouth the wine is fresh with a good acidity and balanced tannins. It’s certainly not a wine for undecided palates.
